Loders Motor Group is one of the largest independently owned Motor Groups in the South West. It operates Volkswagen and Peugeot franchise in both Yeovil and Dorchester as well as an Audi, a Hyundai and a Skoda franchise in Yeovil. In addition to this the group also operates an Accident Repair Centre and an Approved Used Car Centre in both towns.

Employing over 350 staff, this once small family business has grown considerably, both in terms of size but most importantly in terms of professionalism and genuine customer satisfaction.

An open style of management is encouraged with a great deal of emphasis placed on information sharing. The Brand Managers are expected to take ownership for their Dealership issues, staff, resources and ultimately their results. Communication is considered very important within the Company, both for keeping our staff in the picture and keeping the Board informed.

Relationships with Customers, Manufacturers, Work Providers and Suppliers are important and efforts are made to enhance these wherever possible. An objective of the Managing Director is to introduce modern systems and controls without losing too much of the 'Family Business' atmosphere.
